1. Warranty terms

• You have a one-week (7 days) warranty for any purchased product.
• You can get a replacement or refund if we determine it to be a valid issue with the product.
• You must provide the materials described below using one of the contact methods.
• Depending on the situation, we may request remote access to your device to inspect it.
• Our team may not proceed if you fail to provide the requested materials or access.
• Warranty voids if we find you have installed cracked/patched software.

2. Required materials for assisting with issues

2.1 If your issue is with any Windows key, please send us the following:

1. A screenshot of the error.
2. Run slmgr.vbs/dli on the Command Prompt and send a screenshot of the output.

2.2 If your issue is with any Office Retail or Phone key, please send us the following:

1. A screenshot of the error.
2. Run the command matching to your operating system on Command Prompt and send a screenshot of the output.
